    Any instructions received by Black Watch Reloading Ltd shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

    Online shopping payment Methods:

    1. Visa/Mastercard through our secure online shopping facility Payment Express. Payment Express have a dedicated and purpose built development and data centre, specially designed for payments processing. They are fully certified as Visa AIS and MasterCard SDP (PCI DSS) compliant at processor level; using an approved QSA for quarterly scans on systems and full onsite audits, annually. All sensitive information is encrypted with the 3DES protocol, using financial Hardware Security Modules.
    2. Internet banking (goods will not be sent until funds appear as cleared funds in our bank account)
    3. Cheque (goods will be sent once cheque has cleared)

    Freight/Shipping

    We ship with Fastways couriers Monday to Friday except public holidays. Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed on Monday. Shipping times  are estimated between 1-2 working days, rural 2-4 working days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on product weight and size and is payable in addition to the price of goods. We will only ship to a physical New Zealand address , No PO Box numbers. When your order leaves our premises subject to payment of the price of the goods, risk passes to you regardless.

    Please note Gun powder is not held on premises and is purchased to order. Shipping is unavailable for this item. Contact us for pick up enquiries.

    Pricing and Stock

    All our prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). All our prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T) unless otherwise stated. Stock prices may vary without notice. Black Watch Reloading Ltd strive to carry sufficient stock at all times, If an item is out of stock or you are interested in purchasing an item we don’t already stock please feel free to contact us.

    The Consumer Guarantees Act (1993)

    All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

    Warranty

    1. All products purchased from Black Watch Reloading Ltd are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please check the warranty of the manufacturers of products purchased.
    2. Black Watch Reloading Ltd will not be liable for the following:
      1. Any loss, damage or injury to the purchaser
      2. Any loss, damage or injury to any other person
      3. Any loss damage or injury to the property of the purchaser
      4. Any loss, damage or injury to any other person arising out of the use or possession of the Products.
    3. The Manufacturers warranty is void if any of the following is found:
      1. There is no record of proof of purchase from Black Watch Reloading Ltd (We recommend always retaining proof of purchase)
      2. Evidence of misuse (Accidental and intentional)
      3. Evidence of water damage
      4. Evidence of improper configuration
      5. Evidence of physical damage (If item is damaged during transit it should be reported to us upon delivery)
      6. Evidence of a previous repair by an unapproved repair affiliate

    Product Returns

    Any Products that have been delivered damaged or faulty will be refunded or exchanged when:
    1. Contact is made within 7 days of delivery
    2. Proof of purchase is supplied
    3. Products have been returned in original packaging and in an unused pristine condition
